WHo Is Miss Worldwide International?
Miss Worldwide International Pageant is more than the representation of a nationality in a pageant; it is a heritage and cultural event to celebrate the differences that make us one.
Miss Worldwide International Pageant was created in 2013 by the Miss Miami Tropic family under Miss Rose Martinez that has produced, for the past twelve years, the Miss Miami Tropic Scholarship Beauty Pageant and for six years the Miss USA Florida franchise (Miami, Magic City, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Brickell, Pinecrest, Kendall, Westchester), and now produces local pageants for the Miss America Florida Organization (Miss Miami, Coral Gables, Hialeah, Kendall and Miami-Dade).
All of this knowledge and experience that has helped contestants achieve local, national, and international awards and titles, is now expanding to give more contestants the opportunity of enjoying the benefits of pageantry. Participants will gain self-confidence, develop poise, and communications skills, in order to reach greater career goals and achieve life expectations.
Coaches and sponsors also make all these pageants successful, so we encourage having them in the Miss Worldwide International Pageant.
Pageantry is not only a moment of glamour and fame, it’s an experience that lasts a life time, by becoming the best you can be.
Apply now and reserve your place at the next Miss Worldwide International Pageant, and be part of the gala and fun and learning, as we celebrate all global heritage and cultures.

In Memory of our Founder,
Ms. Rose Martinez
Her dance and art career started at the age of three when she attended the Star Time School of dance in New York. That continued with the Abbot Dance School also in New York.
When she moved to Florida she continued her studies with Martha Grahams’ disciple Phills Kapp at her dance studio in Coral Gables. She also studied with Ron Daniels and Martha Maher. Through this period of time she participated in auditions for shows like Ted Mack at NBC and was a finalist at the Hialeah Miami Springs beauty contest for the Miss America Pageant in 1967.
It was at this time that her professional career started when she became a dance teacher for the Dade County Schools where she has taught in more than 10 of its school for the past 45 years. She was a teacher at the Henry H. Filler Middle School. For her outstanding service to the community education, spanning two generations; for her tireless commitment to the welfare of her 20,000 students; and for the many lives she has touched as teacher, mentor and peer, Director Rosario Ramirez- Martinez received the 2008 Hall of Fame Award of the Miami Dade Coalition for Community Education, at a beautiful ceremony attended by Dade County Community School peers, executives and county officials.
She added to her experience having prepared public and private shows and recitals and 10 years ago founded the Miss Miami Tropic Scholarship Beauty Pageant. For the past five years, until 2012, she conducted Miss USA, Florida preliminaries with a high number of the contestants, going through her pageants, placing in the State and National competitions. Her professional career has taken her to work with many contestants and pageant organizations in training and preparing participants on their talent and presentation performances. She will be greatly missed!
